Our Initial Appointment allows me to understand your journey with your Eating Disorder and get to know your recovery goals. It will give you the opportunity to see my working style and ask any questions you might have!

Our session together will last 50 minutes, and will feel compassionate and relaxed.

If you feel I am the right fit for you, my PA will let you know when a space becomes available for us to begin our work together as I have a consistent waiting list. Each ongoing session will be 50 minutes, at £120 per session. I charge £25 for any brief letters to be drafted and sent to schools, universities, employers, GP's, insurance companies, and other professionals.

Please note, I do not work with clients suffering from, or in recovery from Anorexia Nervosa, nor those with a diagnosis or are in the process of being diagnosed with a Personality Disorder such as BPD, as they are not my specialist areas. I respond to all Email Consultations each week before 4 pm on Friday, and the process involves one email response from myself. So do give me as much detail as possible, no story is too 'silly', or trauma too 'small'!
